All orders are processed the next business day.

Orders are shipped via UPS within 1-2 business days.  Standard shipping is UPS Ground.  Other options will be added as soon as we are able to coordinate that service with our partner companies.  You will be notified within one business day if any items on your order will be delayed in shipping.   Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Shipping and Handling Charges:                            On orders under $100 (product total, not including state tax), there is a $7.50 shipping and handling charge. On orders $100 and above, there is no shipping or handling fee.

Sales Tax:                                                           States other than Maryland are exempt from sales tax.  Schools and other tax exempt agencies in Maryland must enter their tax-exempt ID number to avoid paying sales tax.

We are required to charge Maryland sales tax on orders shipping to Maryland.  However, we realize you could easily purchase products from a variety of out-of-state vendors in order to avoid the Maryland sales tax.  Therefore, Laetare Solutions will pay your Maryland sales tax for you.  The tax will appear on your order, and so will a Maryland discount in the same amount!  This consideration is only available to individuals purchasing in the state of Maryland.

Returns:                                                              Returns require a Return Authorization number.  Please call or email us to set up a return.  All returned products and packaging must be in original saleable condition.  Returns will be accepted for 30 days after original date of purchase.  For products returned in saleable condition, a credit will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
